Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Loothound Discord bot (“Loothound”, “we”, “us”). By adding Loothound to a server or using its commands, you agree to these Terms and to Discord’s own Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old — or the minimum age Discord requires in your country — and you must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Server administrators are responsible for how Loothound is used within their servers.

2. The service

Loothound is a game bot offering a virtual economy, casino-style minigames, creature collection, combat and social features. It is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and any feature may change, pause, or be removed at any time.

3. Virtual items & currency

“Bones” and “Gems” are virtual, in-game items licensed to you for use inside Loothound only. They:

• have no monetary or real-world value and are not your property;
• cannot be redeemed, cashed out, sold, or exchanged for money or anything of value outside the bot;
• may be adjusted, reset, or removed at any time, including balance wipes for maintenance, balancing, or abuse prevention.

4. Games of chance

Loothound’s games — including Crash, Mines, Tower, Limbo, Roulette, Slots, Blackjack and Jackpot — are played with virtual Bones for entertainment only. They are not gambling for money, do not pay out money or anything of monetary value, and their outcomes are simulated. Bones cannot be purchased with, or exchanged for, real money.

5. Purchases (Premium & Gems)

Premium and Gems are optional and may be purchased with cryptocurrency. By purchasing you acknowledge that:

• you are buying a limited licence to virtual items and benefits, delivered to your account after payment is confirmed on-chain;
• cryptocurrency payments are irreversible — you are responsible for sending the exact amount to the correct address;
• all purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or granted at our discretion;
• fraudulent, reversed, or disputed payments may result in loss of items and termination of access.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to exploit bugs or duplication glitches, use automation, self-bots or scripts against Loothound, farm rewards with alternate accounts, harass other players, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. Please report bugs to our support instead of abusing them.

7. Availability & changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Loothound — including virtual balances and progress — at any time and without liability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that data will never be lost.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Loothound is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of virtual items or progress, downtime, or any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the bot.

9. Termination

We may restrict or terminate your access to Loothound at any time for any violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Loothound after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
